How do I add a new domain?
Go to Domains in the sidebar, click Add Domain, enter your URL. You can verify ownership via DNS TXT record or HTML meta tag. Once verified, run your first site audit.
How do I connect my social media accounts?
Navigate to Settings → Integrations. Click Connect for each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) and authorize via OAuth.
How do credits work?
Credits are consumed when you use API-intensive features like keyword lookups, site audits, and AI generation. Buy credit packs as needed — they never expire. Every account starts with 500 free credits.
How do I invite team members?
Go to Settings → Team, click Invite Member, enter their email and select their role. They'll receive an invitation email to join your workspace.
How do I export my data?
Visit Settings → Data Management. You can export your keywords, reports, audit data, and more in CSV format. Full GDPR data export is also available.
